Birthday discount not working

I wanted to upgrade my licence to lifetime using the birthday discount. The total is reduced by 30 USD. Shouldn't that be 89 USD (45% off)? Thanks!

The 45% discount you're referring to is for yearly license renewals/extensions. The upgrade to lifetime discount is correct at $30.
