Bing Believes the Dispatch Theme has No H1 Tags

Hi, I'm curious if anyone here knows why Bing would think that my template Dispatch isn't using h1 tags, when it most certainly IS USING THEM. It's alarming because it's telling me I have over 320 pages with errors. Here is one page for example: https://www.onmsft.com/news/multi-windows-chat-support-starts-rolling-out-in-microsoft-teams
Very legitimate. You can clearly see the h1 tag being used here. This can affect my SEO if the bing scanner doesn't believe I'm using h1 tags. https://imgur.com/a/5gHn1G2

I've checked the page you've linked and clearly, it has an h1 tag as shown here:

And it's actually visible within the page so you shouldn't be penalized for it.
Can you try scanning with other SEO analyzer tools like this? To see if they give different results.
