Hi,

i want to change to generatepress on a site which hast about 5000 (i guess) or even more words on the homepage.

But i don´t know how to do it, so that reading is easy.

Which ist the best width for text?

And are they any examples for a generatepress site with lots of words on the homepage?

Hi there, can you provide a link to the site? You can edit your original post and use the Site URL field for privacy.

The new design should be clean and nice to read. There are over 40 reviews with lots of images and text. But I am not sure, which way to go.

Actual it is a magazin with lots of posts and reviews, but it has also this lot of text on homepage.

Hi there,

that doesn't look like it was built with GeneratePress(?). If so i can't really advise how to make changes.

Recommended paragraph widths is 45 - 70 characters per line. Your current page fits that recommendation. You could reduce the container a little in width to 700 - 760px. This would give you around 45 characters per line.

I would look at increasing the body text line height to 1.5em which would 24px. And i would increase the Paragraph bottom margin to at least 16px to open up the text a little more.

No, of course this wasn´t build with generatepress. But, as I said, i want to switch the theme to generatepress.

Therefore i have asked for examples with generatepress websites with a lot of text. Just to have an idea how to build it with GP.

Because most GP Websites I see, are small business websites or blogs.
