Best way to prevent spam through contact form?

I am receiving a lot of spam emails through my contact form. What is the best way to prevent that? One of those Captcha things or something else?

I would recommend contacting the contact form plugin support to see if they have any recommendation.
You can also Google "prevent spam through contact form" and see lots of articles on this.

I installed a Captcha. We'll see if that does it.
