Best way to organize main and secondary navigation on mobile

What is a good way to organize two menus on mobile to avoid double hamburger icons? I have the main menu icon on the right and secondary menu icon on the top left. Is it possible to unite them in mobile or put in a more user friendly way?

Try creating a new menu to combine the menu items from both primary and secondary menu and use the off canvas panel on mobile:
