Best way to create a bilingual website? in English/Spanish

Hi there,
I was wondering what is the best way to do a bilingual website through the GeneratePress theme? do you usually have a plugin for this? I already have the content in both English and Spanish, but I am wondering with the home page titles and menus be translated?, how can I have them change over to Spanish when a user selects the language? thank you very much, cheers
Hi there,
you would use one of the many plugins eg. Polylag, WPML etc.
Each plugin has there own method of doing things. Generally you create a separate post or menu etc. for each of the languages you want o display.
For those theme elements such as sidebar widget titles those are prepped for translation so once again the plugin should do the work there - if its not automatic then your may have to register some translation strings ie. this word in english = this word in spanish.... again all of this is handled by the translation plugin.
