Best SEO plugin for GP prem

Hi, I am new to the theme and am at a very early stage of building my website. But I like to build from the ground up and need to decide on the best SEO plugin.
The ones I am most aware of are
Rank Math
And the Yoast plugin.
Do people have any opinion of the best plugin of this type to function with GP Premium.

I used Yoast Premium on all my sites and switched to RM last year. They are both great tools, just RM sounds more promising to me. But don't rely on them completely without providing real content.
Alan - the good thing is all of the well coded plugins whether that be Yoast, All in ONE SEO, SEOPress, RankMath etc. all work well with GP.

on our old page we used yoast - but i switched to rankmath. Mostly because yoast seems quite bloated to me - much bigger source code also.
They both offer kind of the same i guess.
TheSEO Framework is amazing. Clean Code and super fast.
