Best Recipe Plugin with GP

1) Unfortunately not. I don't imagine that there are too many options out there so worth giving them a test and see which one works for you the best.

2) The YouTube embed block from Gutenberg works pretty well to me.

3) Nothing special here. My recommendation is to run it through a site like this to optimize it:
