Best practice for responsive above-the-fold section

Hi Tom,
What best practices do you recommend for making the top section of a page 100% viewable above-the-fold (both horizontal and vertical), across different devices? Is there any particular CSS you'd recommend for this that may already baked into the theme that I may not know about?

Hi Paul,
The Page Header add-on has a "Full Screen" option which fills the viewport with your content.
Other than that, I would just use the eye test and give it a little space for users with smaller screens/resolutions.
