Best image sizes

Hi,
If I set body to 1920 px what will be recommended image sizes for header, full width images and blog three columns featured images.
Also Can you tell me please if I change default 1110 px to 1920 px will it harm my web site or not?

Not quite sure what you meant but generally speaking you definitely want the image width to be wider than the container width so the image gets scale down instead of scale up and lose the quality.
Let me know if this answers your question. If not can you provide a link to your site and let me know which image you are referring to?
Definitely won't harm your website.
Leo is right, if you're going full width images, those images need to be at least as wide as your container or else you'll lose quality :)
