Benefit of Mobile Header

For all GP sites, I find myself automatically enabling Off Canvas and Mobile Header (under Customizer > Layout > Header > Mobile Header = ON). On a recent build, I tried to not use the Mobile Header option and things seem to load ok. In fact, there is 1 less css and js to load I believe.
What is the real benefit of the Mobile Header? In what scenarios would it be needed? I have never explored this so thought to ask here.
Hi Ian,
For one, you can set an Element to display on the mobile header, and it wouldn’t show on the Desktop and Tablet versions.

You may also set a different logo for mobile if that’s enabled.

Ah nice Fernando. I was just thinking I have actually used a a different mobile logo and then saw your reply, nice! And yes, hooking something just in mobile. Pretty sure I had to hook in a Shopify button before. Thanks for the heads up on these. From here on, unless there is need, I may not enable mobile header to save 1 file from loading. Let's see how it goes, thanks!
