My question is why the ads below the post title does not show in mobile view. That ad only appears in PC View

Hi there,

I've checked your site and it's actually littered w/ ads on mobile as well as shown here - https://share.getcloudapp.com/8Lu92LL5

This is on an android phone. (Redmi Note 9S, Chrome)

Perhaps you've sorted this out already? Let us know.

i think you check On PC in mobile view, I Request Please Check in any mobile handset then we found the problem.

The ad above Join WhatsApp's image rarely shows up in mobile handset. On PC view & On PC In Mobile View all are ads show completely.

I've checked it on 3 devices.

On responsive view on PC (like you've mentioned), On one Redmi Note 9s another check for good measure on POCO NFC x3.

They all look the identical which basically shows the FF:

< -- site header -- >
<-- ad shows here -->
< -- post title -- >
<-- another ad shows here -->
<-- join us on whats app banner -->
<-- another ad shows here -->
<-- content here -->
<-- another ad shows here -->

I even checked it again just to be sure and I see the same thing.

Can you clearing your phone's browser cache?

Hi there,

The issue is not Theme related. GP does NOT have any control over whether your adverts get displayed. This will be related to the advert provider, your ISP, your network, your device cache etc.

But - i also checked your site on Mobile and i see exactly what Elvin said here

So if you don't see the adverts then it will be a local issue.

i also check in other theme all ads are show..

Our support team is a global, based in US, Europe and Asia. We all checked your site on different mobile devices and all of us saw the advert in the position you said it was missing. As per the video Elvin provided here:

https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/below-title-ads-are-not-show-in-mobile-view/#post-1955392

The issue is not theme related.

It is most likely a caching issue. Changing a theme would have registered a big enough change to your site that would cause network caches to be cleared.

I have seen your request for refund and we will process that asap.

Thank you very much for starting the refund process sir and I also feel sorry that I had to take this step.
