Hi,
I wanted to put ads before the header. And at the same time I wanted a fixed header.
I was able to accomplish this but with one problem.
When you scroll down the content, I wanted a fixed header but not the ads.
How do I make the ads disappear when I scroll down the content while maintaining the fixed header: logo and menus. Here’s my site: juanmacau.com
thank you so much!
May 30, 2017 at 8:10 am #326141LeoStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
I don’t see the ad (with ad-block off) on that page currently?
If you insert it using the before header hook then it shouldn’t show up in sticky navigation:

https://docs.generatepress.com/article/hooks-overview/Let me know.
May 30, 2017 at 9:34 pm #326446Whelen TroyHi Leo,
I removed the ads. I tried putting the codes on the before_header. It is also where I put the codes for fixed header. And it doesn’t work. When I try to scroll down, the ads go with the header.
May 30, 2017 at 10:58 pm #326454LeoStaffCustomer SupportWhat code are you using for fixed header? I don’t see the header being fixed?
Any reason why you are not using the sticky navigation? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/sticky-navigation/
If you use that then the content inserted in the before header hook won’t show up in sticky navigation.

Wow! I didn’t see this. It was because I failed to activate that Menu Plus option in my premium add-ons.
Anyway, I wanted to include the logo in that sticky header. How do I do that?
Thank you so much!

Can you follow the steps here? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-logo/#navigation-as-header
May 31, 2017 at 9:16 pm #326935Whelen TroyHi Leo, here’s the problem, I can’t find this: 3. Set your Navigation Logo Position to Sticky + Static.. I can’t find this option. Can you please tell me where to exactly look at?
May 31, 2017 at 9:19 pm #326936Whelen TroyWait. I guess I found it. I needed to upload the logo on the Primary Navigation option. And not on the Header option. Thanks! I’m done. You’ve been very helpful.
May 31, 2017 at 9:19 pm #326937LeoStaffCustomer SupportLooks like your current logo is uploaded through Site Identity.
Is there currently an image uploaded in Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation > Navigation Logo?
May 31, 2017 at 9:20 pm #326938LeoStaffCustomer SupportGlad you found it 🙂
