Before and after text in Headline block with Dynamic text

Does GeneratePress/GenerateBlocks have the ability to include text before and after dynamic post meta content? I have a Headline field in an Elements Content Template that I'd like to include the Gravity Forms shortcode where the ID in the shortcode is dynamically pulled in from the "Post meta" ACF field. I've tried the shortcode as you see here in the Headline block and the shortcode doesn't render. [gravityform id="Post meta" title="false" description="false"]
