Beaver Builder Themer / GP Premium / WooCommerce question

Sorry if this is not relevant for here - but I have a site going live soon and need to find a way to resolve this issue...
I have a Woo site I'm currently working on (Using Beaver Builder Themer with Generate Press) - I have a custom header (created with Themer) that I have created. Works fine, along with turning off the Primary Navigation using Generate Press Premium 'Disable Elements'. But how do I apply that combination to the Woo Shop pages (Categories, individual product pages and so on) ?
