Beaver builder saved row not displaying in siteheader hook

I have a Beaver Builder row that I am trying to use as the site header. I have placed the shortcode in the element for the siteheader hook. It displays but does not use the styles from the Beaver Builder row and module settings. When the row is placed in the content area of the page, the styles display ok.
Is there a way to fix this or must I use custom CSS to use a BB layout in the site header?

Ha! Always happens - submit a support ticket and then resolve it! Turns out I needed to allow file editing and then tick allow php....
Spoke too soon - only displays ok when BB is actually open on the page.
Ok so this seems odd to me. The styles display ok when the page is NOT using Beaver Builder but does not display where Beaver Builder is used to for the content...
Eg on this page the header is dusplaying the styles correctly https://dev.birthrights.org.uk/contact-us/ and BB is not active for that page
On the home page it does not display correctly - https://dev.birthrights.org.uk/ but as you can see when the same row is added to the content area (just below the nav, it does display correctly)

Have you checked with BB's support team?
It doesn't sound like a GP related issue to me.
