Using the Realtor template. How do I:
1. Change the font? The "Typography" section does not have a font field so I'm a bit lost. The first column is serif and the others sanserif: https://testccty.wpengine.com/ball-bearings/?preview_id=15600&preview_nonce=10976e36c8&preview=true
2. Use the layouts within the theme? Is there a way to copy the "about" page template and use it for a different section of the site?

1. You can add fonts to the font manager:

After fonts are added, you should be able to choose font in typography manager for different elements on your site.
2. In block editor, you can copy all the content and paste it into another page, here's a video demostration:
