Baground image positions

Hello!
Under Baground image i can change positions for top and bottom and from side by side and more.
How take this image to bottom? Just like a http://www.attention-riks.se
now can i only have it on top: http://www.attention-norrahalland.se (both is on swedish, but its only design i are intrest for here.

I would just add it as the background image to the footer.

How i write position left top, x% y%, xpos ypos (px)
How i change this?
I have background image alredy, but i will position this to exemple middle or bottom, now are this on top.
shall write only 55 or 55 px or xpos: 55 px
and how shall settings will be? Exemple size auto or something like that?
