Bad Speed Index

My website has a very bad speed index. It sometimes show over 7sec and it affects my google ranking drastically. Could you please advice how to fix the issue?

But you have to do a bit of configuration to get the best result as some settings from optimization plugins may cause other issues.
Example: Lazyloading logos are known to cause CLS. You may want to watch out for that.
