Backup and Restore of Database

I backed up my DB and changed http:// and https:// to //. After reloading to the DB the screen was disturbed. I had the feeling that the Elements where lost or the pages where they should word. Could there be a problem? Just a question.

I just found that I cannot start the dashbord. The Simple CSS files seem to be not included.
