Backgroung and footer

Hi,
I have select full width, with 2000px, but if I do scroll it is possible to see a blue background, how can I change it?
Then, I have a similar problem with the footer, I want it in the bottom, but if I have thin content, under the footer I can see that blue background.
i attached a screenshoot.
For example, in this page, I have donde https://www.noemibustelo.com/, I don't have that problem. With zoom the site is full responsive.
