[Support request] Background Video – Desktop vs Mobile

Hi,

I followed the documentation for a video background and it worked great.

My issue is the video on mobile is getting cut off and does not look as sharp as the desktop version. Is there a way to have a screen break where the video changes to another on mobile vs desktop? My thinking is to export two videos, one standard 1920 x 1080, the other exported vertically, 1080 x 1920 for mobile.

See an example on my staging site, a lot of clips in the video look “zoomed in”/cut off compared to desktop.

Hi Mike,

If you want the video to show horizontally on mobile, you can reduce the top/bottom padding of the GB container block on mobile.

Try 100pxinstead of 300px for mobile.
