Hi!

When entering a comment to my blog posts, the type and the background are both white/super light making it impossible to see what you are typing.

Where do I change this? I can't see it in the customizer options.

Thanks!
Lisa

Hi Lisa,

That doesn't sound right - can you link me to one of those posts?

Thanks!

It seems to be a browser issue - I usually use Chrome and that's where I have the issues, when I saw your screenshot the setup is different than what I see in Chrome - no name, email or website boxes, but when I go to Firefox, I see the same set up as in your image.

My commenter is the one who brought the issue to my attention so I know it happened with her as well. I can ask her which browser she was using if that would be helpful.

I was using Chrome as well. Just tested in Firefox and it looks the same as in Chrome.

Looks as in Leo's screenshot here on FF, Chrome and Opera on a Windows 10 box :)

Cheers!
Lyle

I'm not seeing any issue either.

A screenshot would definitely help :)

Thanks everybody for checking it out - I'm still having the same issue. Here's a screenshot - you can see the red squiggly line under where I've typed, but the type is the same colour as the background (it's also not the same colour as Leo's box, which is the colour I've customized it to be)

You'll also notice that it doesn't give the option for a name, email or website, all of which I would like to have with the comments.

I appreciate the help!

I wonder if it's Chrome making the fields yellow as they can be auto-filled?

You can't see the name, email or website fields as you're logged in.

Thanks Tom - I'm headed out for a day of skiing, so I'll think through this more tomorrow and thanks for the explanation for the fields!
Lisa

Have fun! :)
