Background Overlay Color is Disabling the Background Image

I tried adding a section on one of my pages. I created a section and in settings, I selected a Background Image and Enabled Background Color Overlay.
And also selected a Background color. But, the Background Color is overlapping and can't see the Background Image at all.

make sure the background color you have chosen has reduced opacity ( is transparent ) by lowering the the alpha slider when selecting your color.
