background of multiple paragraphs?

I have several sequential paragraphs.

I'd like to change the background color of the whole set of paragraphs (including the space behind them)

But how?

I would recommend using GenerateBlocks plugin.

You can add the paragraphs into a Container block of GB, then set the background color for the Container block.
