Background Module Not Activating in GP Premium

I have a problem. I have had a site on testing for nearly a week. everything seemed ok and I migrated it from the test site to the live site. I activated the plugin and the theme and activated the modules but the background module is still inactive despite it telling me that it was activated. Could you please help?

So the add-on is showing activated but you don't see this panel?

Sorry for the delay. It was a problem with mobile plugins that I had installed before I implemented generatepress. Problem solved by deactivating plugins.
