Background List Slider

Hi guys,
I have GP premium and wonder if it is possible to make a background list slider like this one:
When the mouse hovers different parts it changes the background and description pop-up:
You can check how it works here (please use desktop, since there no slider on mobile version).
That slider was made with Elementor block "background slider".
Is there something similar at GP Premium?
Or maybe somebody saw and can advise what to use to get the same functionality?

Yes, it's possible with GenerateBlocks plugin, it will still require some custom CSS.
