Background in header and part of content

Hello!
I would like to see how I can achieve a similar result to the image:

The idea is that the header background also covers a content area ...
It can be a flat color or an image.

So you are looking to move the content up into the header?
I want the "effect" of having the content in the header, yes.
But I do not know if that is indeed the solution. The only thing I look for is the visual appearance so that the header has a background like the one in the image.

I returned because the solution was easier than I thought: I only had to make an image of 3x350 px and in the "backgrounds" section I chose to repeat X.
