Background images not showing up

Hi, I've got some background images in my site, but have noticed that when I am not logged in they don't show up.
I've looked under inspect and this is the url for one of the images:
url(http://localhost:10198/wp-content/uploads/generateblocks/http://localhost:10198/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/video-placeholder.jpg)
I have tried a few random things:
Renaming the image, adding a new container and background image, cleaning the database - but none of these worked
Please can you help

Hi Leo, I uploaded the site to the server to show you, and replaced the images and now they are showing up just fine.
So no help needed after all!
