I have GP Premium installed and activated on my website, but I cannot change my background images for my footer widget area. I can change the settings of an existing background image I have in my footer widget area, but I can’t change the image. My website is here.
Thank you in advance for your help,

What happens when you click the “Remove” link next to the upload button? Does the image not disappear?
Do you have any caching plugins installed?October 12, 2015 at 8:24 am #143692Stephen
1.) When I click the remove image link, nothing happens. When I click on it, it responds kinda like a placeholder link. That’s the best way I can think to describe what is happening.
2.) Yes, I have WP Super Cache installed.October 12, 2015 at 10:32 am #143758TomLead DeveloperLead Developer
Can you try #1 on this page?: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/debugging/
Let me know 🙂October 12, 2015 at 11:13 am #143772Stephen
I followed the steps in option #1 and the remove link still does not work.
Do you have any other suggestions?

I sent the new admin login details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please let me know if you need anything else.

I am not sure if you did anything yet with the admin login I set up for you, but the Background Images plugin is working again. The remove link worked, and I was able to upload a new image.
