    Tom,

I have GP Premium installed and activated on my website, but I cannot change my background images for my footer widget area. I can change the settings of an existing background image I have in my footer widget area, but I can’t change the image. My website is here.

Thank you in advance for your help,
    Stephen

    Hi Stephen,

What happens when you click the “Remove” link next to the upload button? Does the image not disappear?

Do you have any caching plugins installed?

    Hi Tom,

1.) When I click the remove image link, nothing happens. When I click on it, it responds kinda like a placeholder link. That’s the best way I can think to describe what is happening.

2.) Yes, I have WP Super Cache installed.

Can you try #1 on this page?: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/debugging/

If the Remove link isn’t doing anything, there’s most likely a javascript error being caused by another plugin.

    Let me know ๐Ÿ™‚

    Tom,

I followed the steps in option #1 and the remove link still does not work.
Do you have any other suggestions?

    Thank you,
    Stephen

Any chance you can send me temporary admin login details to support@generatepress.com so I can take a look?

    Tom,

I sent the new admin login details to support@generatepress.com.
Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Thank you for your help,
    Stephen

    Tom,

I am not sure if you did anything yet with the admin login I set up for you, but the Background Images plugin is working again. The remove link worked, and I was able to upload a new image.

    Thank you,
    Stephen

Hmm, didn’t do anything at all.

Might have been caching of some sort? Not sure.

Glad it’s working now though ๐Ÿ™‚
