Background image settings

Any thought on including background images settings such as cover, alignment and possibly a color overlay? I'm using Elementor and if I could use the same background image as the rest of the site, on my second menu, with a slight color overlay, it would look sooo good. GP+Elementor is such an amazing combo.

Color overlay hasn't been requested a lot. Most people just add the overlay using a photo editing software. Or we can try CSS.
