Background image blog bar

I want a background image to appear in the green bar where "blog" is written. How can I do it? Thank you.

Looks like you're using the page header add-on, so you can upload an image and set it as the background image inside the page header settings.
Let me know if you need more info :)
Customizing functions do not work. I can only put a background color. And inside the "blog" page does not let me change anything. I guess I'll have to add code but I do not know how to do it.
The blog page header feature is in the customizer as WordPress ignores all metabox by default.
