Background hover button transparent

Hello,
I found a way to make the Search button and the Subscribe button transparent while hovering over them. But I can't find a way to achieve the same thing for the CTA button on another page. Is there a way to do that?
If possible, I'd like the CTA button to have the same transparency (when hovering) as the Search and Subscribe buttons.

thats a GB Button Block you can change its colors from with the Block Editor - theres an option to set the Normal and Hover colors:
