If so, can you disable all plugins except GP premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins?

If that still doesn't work, switch to parent theme if you are using a child theme.

After all these debugging steps, if it still won't show, could you please link us to your site using the private info field?

Forgot to say - I was using a child theme, and will probably need to because of a lot of custom stuff I will add. I've switched to the parent theme for now.

That's very weird, can you try to update the theme and GP premium plugin?

I wonder if there's any modifications accidentally made to the theme file.

I updated the theme, plugin, and Wordpress version, and that solved it!
