Background colour navigationbar

Hi fellows,
I've got a problem with my background color in the customizer. I want to change the color for the navigationbar and for the footer. Normally, I could insert the color code and everything was working. Now I only have a box, where I can fill something in, but color code doesn't work. Did I miss anything? I don't wanna do the change with css because I purchased the premium version. Sorry for my desasting english.

Hi there,

This looks like a very rare bug I noticed a small number of installations when dealing with the transparency color picker.
