Background colour is changing the content colour

Hi,
I'm a webdesign novice but I'm already enjoying GP over my previous theme, thanks!
A real simple question. I want to change my background colour but changing that seems to also change the content colour which I want to keep white.
What silly mistake am I making please and how can I fix it?

Hi there,
Not sure which part you are referring to?
I only see GP's body background color showing at some parts but the rest of it should be from Elementor.
Let me know if this helps :)
Slept on it and then it was obvious. I had the Page Builder Container set to full width.
Every day is a school day!
Back to enjoying GP.
