Background Colour Below Footer

Hi there,
Is there a way to change the background colour of the area BELOW my footer? I have 3 logos in that area and want the background to be white instead of the current blue.

Hi there,
The area below your footer should only be visible on pages where the content is shorter than the screen height. The color below the footer will be whatever color you have set for your body area.
There's no way to apply a different color below the footer unfortunately without being super hacky.
