Background color menu

Hi, I want to change the color of the entire header, not only menus, how can I do that?
Then, I want to add somo icons and text over the menu, can you help me?
Other thing, about sticky menu. I want the same style that in the first header, but I don't know how to get the logo in left and menu on the right.

Hi there,
that site uses a Header Element:

You will find it in Appearance > Elements, on the Site Header tab it has the Merge with Content enabled, here you can either edit the colors for the merged header / navigation or you can disable the merged header and set the colors in the customizer.
Sticky Navigation has its own Logo placement in the Customizer > Layout > Sticky Naviagtion.
