Background color does not change

I can't understand why I can't change the background color of the site anymore. the fault of some css?
Hi there,
you can change the Color in Customizer > Colors -> Body.
make sure you clear your cache plugins if you're not seeing the change.
hi david, unfortunately I have already done it but it doesn't work.
Can you see the change in the Customizer ?
