background color (content) only working on home page...

but not on individual PAGES or POSTS?

I have Customize/Colors/Content/Background set to #ffffff

PLEASE NOTE: I use OPERA, and just tested Chrome, and all works fine. So Opera is the culprit! Thats weird for a Modern browser huh?
