Background/Border Color Assignments For Mobile

The assignment of different background/border colors for Desktop and Mobile views does not appear to be working. Is this functionality not available? Short video demonstrating the issue here:

Color options are not responsive, you would need some CSS to change the background and border color.
If you want to share a link to a page where we can see what you want to change, we can try to provide some CSS.

Thank you for the fast response. Not a problem. I can implement this with CSS.
I had just assumed that all of the settings shown for each view selection would be applied to that view only.
