Dear David,
You have been such a Wonderful support on this forum.
On the following page I get this problem:
Background and foreground colors do not have a sufficient contrast ratio.
The funny part is, that it is only this one page, no other.

where are you seeing this issue being reported?
I ran a WAVE evaluation on that URL and no Contrast errors were reported.

I wouldn't be concerned about the message as the page scores 98% on accessibility with Google Lighthouse test:
