Backgound image in header does not show on mobile

I am sure this is some simple setting I messed up, but the image background on the header on my site does not show on mobile. My other site, which is a woocommerce store (https://store.thecatholictravelguide.com/) and uses the same image, works fine. So I must have made some change somewhere but cannot figure out what I did wrong.
