The back to the top buttons works great on my site on desktop but not on mobile, any ideas why?

I don’t see the back-to-top button on the desktop either.
Can you confirm that it is indeed activated in the customizer?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/back-to-top-button/If it still doesn’t show, can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts?
