Website is https://retrorendezvous.co.uk. All themes and plugins are up to date. Site Health is Good. Back to Top button is enabled in the customiser. I have tried disabling all other plugins. Cache is off. I am using Elementor with the default page templates (not Elementor templates). Back to Top button is not appearing. Any ideas?
Hi there,
the back to top button gets hooked into GP's generate_after_footer hook. So the likely culprit would be Elementor or your Child Theme replacing the Site Footer.
Can you temporarily disable your child theme to see if thats causing an issue ?
Hi David, you're quite right. It was the footer in the child theme replacing the footer in the parent. Problem now solved. Many thanks.
