back to top arrow on mobile

hi guys!
I am using the premium version of GP with elementor pro.
My client really want to have this "back to top' arrow on mobile to stay visible all the time.
While it actually stays visible throughout the page on desktop, on mobile it shows up ONLY on the bottom of the page.
Is there a way to solve this problem? :)

Does it work normally on pages without Elementor?

yes it works perfectly on the generatepress site! This is exactly what I want to achieve!
But for some reason it does not work on our page :(
How can I check it without elementor? It may work without it but I Tried to clear the cache (altough I may did not do it properly) and the little arrow still did not show up on mobile.
Do you have any idea how to fix it?

Can you start a new page without using Elementor and see if it works normally?
Also might be a good idea to try #1 here to eliminate plugin conflict:

Something is causing it not to work and we need to find out what :)

with #1 in the blogpost I figoured out that a mobile menu plugin caused the problem, I updated it and now everything works fine! :)
