Avoiding Multiple Licenses

Can someone please check my account to see if I have multiple licenses going? I only need one since it can be use on unlimited sites. However, I got an email recently that my license was going to expire. When I logged in, I saw that I paid for a renewal a month ago on Jan 15, 2020 and my license was good until 2021, so I think I should be fine...but not sure where this other renewal email is talking about.
