Avery Theme Demo Homepage

I already downloaded the Avery theme and customized what I needed, but I didn't download the demo of the home page because I already had a blog. Is there a way I can import just the home page now somehow? I don't want to delete all the settings I just fixed.
Hi there,
It's a bit tricky as the front page of Avery has content from WP Show Posts and MailChimp.
But you can get the layout by copying and pasting this code into the block editor:
