If so that's using the Background section in the container settings:

The colors are set using global colors so you can tweak them in the customizer:

Hi Leo,

I'm talking about the container surrounding the footer bar. The Footer bar is white, however, the color in the container surrounding it is some sort of very light pink. I would like to change that color.
