Autoptimize Settings- Mobile Missing Header, Logo, and Menu

Hi All,

Sorry for the new question. I've reactivated autoptimize as indicated in GP. Once I did that, my mobile header, logo, and menu disappeared. I deactivated Autoptimize, and they reappeared. What do I need to do with the autoptimize settings to keep my mobile header?
